About Loida

I come to this work not only through professional training, but through life lived.

As a wife and a mother of six, and someone who has walked through many seasons of change, I understand the complexities of life — raising children into adulthood, identity shifts, ageing, and finding meaning in each new chapter.

I completed my Master of Counselling in Australia and bring together both professional learning and lived experience in the way I support others.

My approach is gentle, reflective, and respectful of each person’s pace. I offer a space where you can pause, be heard, and begin to make sense of what you’re going through — even if you don’t yet have the words.

For those who are open to it, I can also hold space for questions of meaning, purpose, and spiritual reflection.

You are welcome to come just as you are.
